Everett M. Rogers Colloquium (2008)
The 2008 Everett M. Rogers Award for Achievement in Entertainment Education was awarded to David Poindexter, the founder and former president of Population Communications International on October 2, 2008. Mr. Poindexter spoke on the diffusion of Entertainment Education at the Everett M. Rogers Colloquium luncheon at the USC Annenberg School for Communication. Later that evening, he was recognized as the fourth recipient of the annual award at the Sentinel for Health Awards ceremony at the Writers Guild of America, West in Los Angeles.
Everett M. Rogers Colloquium (2007)
The 2007 Everett M. Rogers Award for Achievement in Entertainment Education was awarded to Stanford psychologist Albert Bandura on September 19, 2007. Dr. Bandura discussed his pioneering work in the area of social learning and social cognitive theory, including its direct influence on the design of the original entertainment education telenovelas in Mexico, produced by Miguel Sabido, the winner of the 2006 Rogers Award.

The 2006 Everett M. Rogers Award for Achievement in Entertainment Education was awarded to E-E pioneer Miguel Sabido on September 27, 2006.
Everett M. Rogers Colloquium (2005)
The inaugural 2005 Everett M. Rogers Award for Achievement in Entertainment Education went to Arvind Singhal, a noted communication scholar, author and Ohio University professor who had the privilege to both study and work with Everett M. Rogers.
